বাচ্চা ঘুমের মধ্যে কান্না করে দোয়া: অভিভাবকদের জন্য সহায়ক আলোচনা
শিশু ঘুমের মধ্যে হঠাৎ কান্না করলে অনেক বাবা-মা দুশ্চিন্তায় পড়ে যান। বিশেষ করে যখন শিশুটি চোখ না খুলেই কাঁদতে থাকে, তখন বিষয়টি আরও ভয়ের মনে হয়। চিকিৎসা বিজ্ঞানের দৃষ্টিতে এটি অনেক সময় স্বাভাবিক একটি অবস্থা, যেমন দুঃস্বপ্ন, অতিরিক্ত ক্লান্তি, হজমের সমস্যা বা পরিবেশগত অস্বস্তি। তবে আমাদের সমাজে ধর্মীয় ও মানসিক প্রশান্তির দিকটিও সমানভাবে গুরুত্ব পায়। সে কারণেই অনেক অভিভাবক এই অবস্থায় দোয়া বা প্রার্থনার আশ্রয় নেন।
ইসলামি বিশ্বাস অনুযায়ী, শিশুর কান্নার সময় আল্লাহর কাছে সাহায্য চাওয়া একটি শান্তিময় অভ্যাস। মায়েরা সাধারণত নরম কণ্ঠে দোয়া পড়ে শিশুকে কোলে নেন, মাথায় হাত বুলিয়ে দেন এবং আল্লাহর রহমতের কথা স্মরণ করেন। এতে শুধু শিশুই নয়, অভিভাবকরাও মানসিকভাবে স্বস্তি পান। অনেক পরিবার মনে করে, বাচ্চা ঘুমের মধ্যে কান্না করে দোয়া পড়লে শিশুর ভয় কমে এবং তার ঘুম ধীরে ধীরে শান্ত হয়।
এ ধরনের সময়ে আতঙ্কিত না হয়ে ধৈর্য ধরে শিশুর পাশে থাকা জরুরি। দোয়ার পাশাপাশি শিশুর শারীরিক অবস্থাও লক্ষ্য করা উচিত—পেট ব্যথা, জ্বর বা অন্য কোনো অস্বস্তি আছে কি না। যদি কান্না নিয়মিত ও তীব্র হয়, তবে অবশ্যই চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নেওয়া দরকার। তবুও, বিশ্বাস ও যত্নের সমন্বয়ে করা দোয়া অনেক অভিভাবকের কাছে এক ধরনের মানসিক শক্তি হয়ে ওঠে, যা শিশুর ঘুম ও পরিবারের পরিবেশকে শান্ত রাখতে সহায়তা করে।
