Suspicious Balloons Found Near LoC With Pakistani, US Currency Noida

Security agencies are investigating two suspicious balloons recovered near the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir’s Akhnoor sector. The balloons were found carrying Pakistani currency, a US dollar note, mobile numbers, and QR codes, raising concerns of possible cross-border mischief. Similar red balloons were also seized in Samba, while a grenade was recovered in Rajouri. Authorities are verifying the authenticity of the currency and examining potential links to cross-border terror networks and diversion tactics.
