My favorite visit to the Eva Air Accra Office was when I made perfect travel arrangements and got excellent help. I was immediately impressed by the staff's level of knowledge as soon as I walked into the welcoming, contemporary office. They immediately made me feel valued as a customer by smiling and being courteous. The serene setting and spotless office made the reservation procedure stress-free. The staff's careful attention to detail and prompt responses to all of my questions left a lasting impression. I got great onboard service and had an amazing trip because of their assistance. The excellent cabin service and the in-flight experience were pleasant surprises.
