Cold Caller / Sales Outreach Specialist – Welding Products Store

Are you a confident communicator with a talent for making connections? Join our growing team at Iron Fusion Fab, a trusted supplier in the welding industry. We’re looking for motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to introduce our high-quality welding equipment and supplies to new customers.
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—reaching out by phone, building rapport, and identifying potential sales opportunities. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning a “no” into a “yes,” this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Generate interest and qualify leads for our sales team
- Follow up on previous calls to nurture leads
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions in our CRM
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets
- Provide basic information about welding supplies and recommend solutions based on client needs (training provided)
Requirements:
- Previous phone sales, telemarketing, or cold calling experience preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Basic understanding of welding or industrial tools is a plus (but not required)
